Nicholas Dell'Anno is the founder of Dell'Anno Law PLLC. The firm focuses on personal injury matters, often with complex issues of law, medicine, and science. Dell'Anno Law PLLC also accepts a select number of medical malpractice matters.
Mr. Dell'Anno has tried and managed numerous serious personal injury and medical malpractice matters from the date of accident to verdict or settlement. After learning the art of trial and legal writing from the inside while interning for a litigation and trial judge in Supreme Court, Nassau County, Mr. Dell'Anno represented and defended various hospitals and medical providers against serious potential multi-million dollar lawsuits. His empathy for injured individuals guided him to switch to prosecuting actions and obtaining compensation on behalf of negligence victims.
Nicholas Dell'Anno has been retained by various large and several boutique personal injury firms to conduct depositions and trials in high-value multi-party litigation.
To date, Mr. Dell'Anno has helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for injured individuals.
Mr. Dell'Anno is a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an infantryman and team leader.
